Abstract
Tea polyphenols in solid mainly consists of catechins, obtained by acceptable processes, notably aqueous extraction, separation, purification, concentration and drying, from the leaves, buds and stems, and of materials derived therefrom, of those varieties of the species Camellia sinensis (Linnaeus) O. Kuntze.
